Partnership with local community. If I would say what singled us out from other investors has been from the beginning a partnership in growth with the local community. By organically helping out and investing in them we found they helped us in our growth. Other places in Ceara have seen a conflicts with foreign investors whose image has been seen as speculators and self interested. By having the community work with us we have been able to help both the native community and foreign investors without those conflicts. This wasn’t the case initially but it was result of persistency and consistent effort on our part to walk together with the community and to make sure that they benefit from this growth.
